Dealing with distractions to our mission and vision is a major issue for leaders in organisations of all kinds.

It was the subject of a highly impacting message given by Mal Fletcher in London's Dominion Theatre earlier this week.

London's Hillsong Church has grown from just a few hundred people to over 8000 in the past eight years.

People of all ages fill one of London's most loved theatres three times every Sunday for a church experience quite unlike most others in Europe.

Mal's talk dealt with the particular distractions faced by arguably the world's greatest leader - Jesus Christ.

'In the face of three of the greatest temptations every placed before a human being,' said Mal, 'Christ was able to rise above the distractions and devote himself fully to a mission that would change the entirety of human history.'
