Core Partners are at the very epicentre of Next Wave International's outreach and training work in Europe and beyond. Core Partners are key leaders in church and community, who are committed to working with Mal and the multi-national team to:
Shape the Strategy: Next Wave International Core Partners act as an informal board of reference for the ministry. They play an important role in shaping and fine-tuning the ministry's vision. This is not a board of trustees. It is an informal advisory group who are committed to the development of relevant, growing churches and to reaching contemporary cultures on a mass scale, from a local church base. Mal is in direct contact with each member, and members usually meet once per year at the SLC network meeting.
Provide Core Financial Support: Next Wave International is involved with a number of projects that often require the raising of considerable sums of money. Each Next Wave International Core Partner contributes at least the equivalent of €7,000 per year toward the basic operation costs of Next Wave International. The vision of the Core Partner group is to provide advice and financial backing for the core of the ministry.
