Radical Leaders for London
London is one of the world's leading mega-cities.
It is home to millions of young adults, who have resources, ambition and energy -- and who want to see positive change in their world.
Among them are a rising breed of young leaders within the Christian church. This new breed is taking up the challenge which previous generations have found too costly -- the challenge of bringing change to entire cultures, through the message of Christ.
Mal Fletcher was a featured guest speaker at the Hillsong Church, London leadership training day in May.
The event brought together more than 900 leaders from every aspect of the work of this fast-growing urban church, which meets each Sunday at the Dominion Theatre in central London.
Pastor Gary Clarke had asked Mal to address the challenges and opportunities faced by the three major generations of our time. The teaching was intensive, often humourous and always thought provoking - and the response was outstanding.
Gary Clarke said: 'I don't know too many people who can speak as articulately or as accurately as Mal on the issue of generations. He articulates what we're trying to achieve as a church.'
The other guest was Matthew Barnett, leader of the Dream Center in LA.

Hey! This Kiwi stumbled onto your EDGES TV program on the Cashless Society. It was truly good.

Dear Mal, I was introduced to your ministry through Rhema Church, Jo'burg. In this age of confusion you bring across a lot of sense. You are giving me tools and insight.

Only a few days after learning of Next Wave I typed in 'Germany' in the search field. Less than a week later my puppet show is being considered for a part of [the ProChrist event]. Yes, you are effecting things you are very unaware of.
Robert, Germany
