Colour Your World Comes To London
The Colour Your World conference is coming to London, April 20-21, 2007 at the Royal Albert Hall.
Sponsored by the Hillsong Church, London, the event follows the highly successful conference of the same name held recently in Sydney, Australia. More than 16,000 women came together at Sydney’s Olympic Park to, as the organisers put it, ‘place value on womanhood.’
The conference has been running in Australia for eleven years, but the founder of the event and co-pastor of the Hillsong Church, Sydney, Pastor Bobbie Houston said that this year’s events in Sydney and London mark a real coming of age.
‘We try to make it as practical as possible for women to make a difference in their spheres of influence, which has also been the reason for the formation of a special foundation “thecoloursisterhood”,’ said Bobbie.
‘Through this foundation we have seen AIDS orphans and widows helped in Africa, children sponsored through Compassion and many other local and global causes supported. This year we will also be enlarging our hearts and focus toward the child soldiers of Africa.’

Thanks for the message you gave at The Gathering. It was prophetic for this generation and really made me look at some aspects of our culture in a different light.

Re the Bridgend suicides: This is a horrible tragedy for this town. The promise and excitement these young people have missed of college, getting married, children, having a career, being a grandparent, traveling the world... Where is the parental involvement in all this?
