Mal Fletcher is a respected pioneer leader, a TV producer and presenter, an author whose books are translated into 5 languages and an internationally acclaimed speaker and social commentator.
In his unique and challenging style, he is bringing a new understanding of our changing world and explaining the Christian worldview to audiences around the globe via media (TV, radio, Internet), outreach events and training conferences. He is also equipping church and community leaders with up-to-date communication skills and an understanding of generational change.
Every year, Mal speaks to many thousands of people, of all ages, in up to 20 nations.
As founder and director of Next Wave International™, he is of course heavily committed to the various aspects of this work across Europe and beyond.
However, he also spends a great part of his year investing time, experience and energy in helping to build the strategic visions of other leaders.
Whether he is speaking to a large crowd in a sports auditorium or concert hall, or in a more intimate setting such as a church, Mal's message always carries a forward-looking, prophetic edge. His presentation is thought-provoking and entertaining and always leaves people wanting more!
Over 25 years of speaking to people in more than 25 nations around the world, he has developed a reputation for making a powerful impact in a very short time. His presentations are often supported by visual media and combine insightful comment and information about our fast-changing, post-millennial world with practical application of truths which are timeless.

Hi Mal, Re: megachurch church vs a more organic model: I know God works regardless of how we think he should but it seems that the organic way is more appealing to the average person than the marketing of Jesus...

You are right that we often shrink back from fully expressing our convictions because it puts us "out there". We must realise that the world looks at us at the same time as they hear us. We must learn the lessons & press on.
