Next Wave International™ is a faith-based communications group >which is training organizations to engage the future & move society forward in a positive direction. Founder / Director: Mal Fletcher
Last week, the team recorded Mal's pieces to camera, which drive each of the documentaries, on two hot issues: 'Human Trafficking: The New Slavery' and 'Youth Violence and Gangs'.
The latter was filmed in Peckham, London, which some are calling 'England's Bronx' because of a long list of youth murders over the past few years, including the infamous case of Damilola Taylor.

Meanwhile, other segments in production include the ever popular vox pops, expert interviews, 'around-the-table' and more.
Production now takes place in four nations of the world and the full series of ten half-hour magazine documentaries will take more than ten months to complete.
The series is slated for completion at the end of September 2008, which means it will likely hit TV screens (and the web) early in 2009.

I watched Mal's inspiring EDGES presentation on bioethics. Scientists who do genuine research are a boon to humanity. Physicians do everything they can, fighting to save a life. This is based on the image of the Creator in every human being. Rev Canon Dr Lakshman Peiris
I want to congratulate Mal & the Edges team for excellent & uplifting material; it has meant so much for me in an age of God-less entertainment. Rikus, UK
Mal, I'm preparing for Sunday youth service here in Germany, on 'Honour your parents'. I´ll never forget your article 'What Every Teenager Should Know About Their Parents'. Helped me to understand mine better...
