Next Wave International™ is a faith-based communications group >which is training organizations to engage the future & move society forward in a positive direction. Founder / Director: Mal Fletcher
Last week, the team recorded Mal's pieces to camera, which drive each of the documentaries, on two hot issues: 'Human Trafficking: The New Slavery' and 'Youth Violence and Gangs'.
The latter was filmed in Peckham, London, which some are calling 'England's Bronx' because of a long list of youth murders over the past few years, including the infamous case of Damilola Taylor.

Meanwhile, other segments in production include the ever popular vox pops, expert interviews, 'around-the-table' and more.
Production now takes place in four nations of the world and the full series of ten half-hour magazine documentaries will take more than ten months to complete.
The series is slated for completion at the end of September 2008, which means it will likely hit TV screens (and the web) early in 2009.

You are right that we often shrink back from fully expressing our convictions because it puts us "out there". We must realise that the world looks at us at the same time as they hear us. We must learn the lessons & press on. Eme, United Kingdom
Thanks for keeping us on our toes, Mal! As Christians living in today's ultra-pragmatic culture, our choices need to recognize the present reality while seeing it through the perspective of our God-revealed future. Ann, Australia
I was close to tears when I read the excerpt from Mal's new book "The Future is X". He reminded me of things from my past which were so dramatically true. Antonio, Portugal
